Working with Stephen is a mixed bag. He has good interpersonal skills, appears knowledgeable about the home purchasing process and the local Lynchburg real estate market, and he provides tips & tricks on what to look for in a house and things to be aware of.
My concerns about Stephen pertain to his responsiveness, the questionable quality of the lenders he recommends, and transparency.
