I cannot recommend! Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Davis Heating. They were hired to purchase and install an AC/heating unit in our home and only installed part of the unit. It’s been several months and cannot get an update. Very unprofessional and unreliable! I will not be doing business with them in the future!

Bart Boyd and the crew from Davis did an extraordinary job! From the proposal stage (we got estimates from 3 local contractors), for which Davis provided a range of options for the heating system and accessories (air quality "upgrades") with a clear explanation of each, to the final work, everything went smoothly. Unlike many contractors, they thoroughly cleaned up all the work areas, were knowledgeable, COVID-19 "aware", communicated well and very professional. Work was done on time and for the proposed costs (actually for a little lower than proposed, because there was an additional Carrier rebate they applied). Very pleased with the system they provided and the cost. Very impressed with Davis - highly recommend!

My job got worked in early due to a delay on another contract they had. The work started on Monday and finished on Friday as promised. Good quality equipment and workmanship and I am very happy with the end result.

After several unsuccessful attempts with a couple other vendors I was able to get a hold of Davis's weekend answering service. A service technician promptly got back with me and he was successful in getting me temporarily back up and running over the phone - I was very impressed with the Greg's knowledge and helpfulness. The next day I had one of their service technicians come to the house and resolve to giving the unit back up and functional again. I was very impressed with Wayne's ability to diagnose the problem and get the unit back up and running again. I have used Davis in the past and will definitely put them at the top of my list for using them in the future when the need arises.

The company performed the job very well indeed. Their staff was highly professional, the work was impeccable, and the finished result is impressive. The new heating system operates quietly and efficiently making the home far more comfortable than it ever had been previously. The work took a day longer than originally planned due to the difficulty of retrofitting this structure. They took great care not to make a mess, they cleaned up after themselves, and the quality of workmanship is very high. I'm very impressed with this company.

Excellent company and workmanship

My heat pump gave out on Thanksgiving morning. I called Davis, and they sent someone out withing the hour. The technician replaced the capacitor for the blower motor, found that the refrigerant was gone. He got the blower running and switched me to emergency heat. He promised to come back on Monday and do further diagnostic work to see if the whole unit needed to be replaced. The next day (Friday) the blower motor failed. I called again, and again a technician was there almost immediately. He advised me to use my gas logs, I got a call on Saturday morning. They proposed coming out then to install a new unit. I agreed, and soon I had a new air handler, and was running on emergency heat.
Early on Monday, the technicians returned to complete the hookup with the compressor and replace the refrigerant.
Considering that it was Thanksgiving weekend, I thought that they did a very fine job.
Other companies I called did not return my call, or called back much later on Thanksgiving day.

They had some issues with the installation but they followed through, they worked it out for me so the service was good. They were the best priced.

I called Davis and explained what I needed done. The secretary had Stuart call me back. Stuart went out on Thursday, Sept 13, 2012 and checked out what needed to be done. He called me, quoted a price and I agreed to the work. I missed a phone call from him later on Thursday evening, so I called him back on Friday morning and he was already there doing the work! They took the time to cover my new cabinets and my new range so not to do any harm. They were extremely neat and prompt. I am so impressed with the Davis operation, I never physcially met with Stuart or his team, I just simply dealt with them on the phone. They made this process so easy, that is what I call A+++ Service.

They are great. They are on time and very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. The quality of the work is good.

Fantastic! I dealt with several of their staff and they were easy to talk to, always willing to explain, and a pleasure to deal with. They insulated all the ductwork (new install) and worked with the floorplan of an 80 year old multi-family home. I highly recommend them.

We have been very pleased with the unit. They did everything. They were diligent. They came really fast and replaced the unit. It was really hot too. We are really satisfied with the unit that they have put in. When I wanted to change the speed of the fan, they came right back out. It was like I hung up the phone and they were right at our door. So, they were really fast. They helped us by adjusting the fan settings. They did a good job. I don't remember the price charged by them, but it was competitive with everybody else's price. My husband researched it first. We were very satisfied with their work.
