Although we have postponed our move, because of not being able to find what we want where we have decided to move (to be closer to family), Kem immediately de-listed our home, and, despite the time and money her company spent getting us listed, charged us nothing, even for the use of the professional photographer they employed to get all of our house photographs.  She is gracious, thorough, and fun to have as a realtor.  And the same is true of the rest of her team--Tammi, her partner, and Courtney, a new associate.

Kem Cobb was our realtor.   She was a dynamo , bursting with energy.   She put us at ease the first time we met her and took the time to know my family.   What was amazing was the genuine interest.   After she got all the information on our needs, she sent us a listing in less than 24 hours.   After that everything went smoothly.   We will not hesitate to recommend her to our friends.

As soon as we met Michelle, we felt that we had someone who would understand our home buying needs and would be great to help us throughout the process.  She showed us many homes, helped us to clarify our wishes and needs.  Arranged for us to see the house we ultimately purchased, several times.  And did everything a realtor should do in a timely and professional way.
