Very poor organization. they utilized sub-contractors for the entire project and and when problems arose (siding falling off / siding installed over attic vent / they were to wrap the house w/ Tyvek (which I paid extra for) they did not do the entire house / ordered alum-deck rails and they installed PVC (have to have them remove the PVC and install what was detailed in the contract / roof ridge cap blew off and it was not storm related (the tek-screws they used were not long enough to penetrate the wood - I had to have another contractor review and advise on correction methods).....................I just moved into the area and did not know any GC's and thought this firm was professional - my $50+ thousand dollar MISTAKE.

Installers broke a flower pot and basement window in the process, and didn't mention anything to me. When I noticed the broken window, they did come out and fix it. Then within the next week all four of my tires were destroyed because they had not performed clean up with magnets, even though it was stipulated in my contract. They have refused to reimburse me for my tires even though I could prove the flats were due to roofing nails because they are embedded in the tires. Scott said I should have called BTB to inspect and fix tires rather than my mechanic. However, tires were beyond repair and I wouldn't call a roofer to fix my tires in any case. So in addition to an expensive roof, I am out an additional $500 for new tires. There are other roofers out there who I almost chose, and I deeply regret that I selected BTB.

All in all it went well. Brad Barber is great to work with.

Our original date got pushed back twice. We werent notified the second time and my spouse missed some work because of it. They started the next day however. The removal crew was great and super fast. The crew putting on the new roof was ok. I really disliked that they smoked on my property and left cigarette butts. I also felt the took more days than was needed. I felt they took a lot of breaks and a two hour lunch. It took 5 days for the roof completion. The crew was very polite and were very good about answer our questions and addressing any concerns. We are very happy with the finished product and the new roof is beautiful. Brad didnt mind us calling him with questions and was very quick to reply. 
We would recommend BTB for roofing.

It went fine, I had to call them back one time and the boss man came out and they had to redo some work around the chimney flash, but after that it's been fine.  They were real good to work with.

Because this was a partial or small job the date to do it was a moving target. Brad Barber was good about keeping in touch. This did well for me because I could have figured I was lost in the que. Brad did not come to the job while it was in progress but the crew leader had all the details including an extra request to nail down a pop up in the middle of the original roofing .

Replacement of J channel and flashing at certain points was done

with care, good product and looked well . The crew cleaned up all rubbish before leaving. I took a walk around with the crew leader and all work promised was completed.

Money was never an issue. Nothing down and all labor and product was billed to me after the job was finished.

The total job was 400 dollars less then Lynchburg Roofing and included small additional amounts of work. You can't

beat that.

They did a great job. Came and gave detailed estimate the day I called them--communicated in a friendly, unhurried and professional manner. Told me the job would take 1-2 days and in fact completed the whole job before dark today. Started work within a couple of days of estimated start date. Took care with the cleanup. The crew who did the work was hardworking and exceptionally polite. I have nothing but good things to say about the job this company did, and was especially impressed with how organized they were from estimate to job completion.

I think they did a great job. They cleaned up after the job was complete. They have good communication and I am pleased with the work.

IT was great! They were punctual, professional, and worked with us on the price. They did quality work for a great price.

The roof cost $5000 and the windows were around $6000. They were really good and they were very careful, had only one person come into the house at a time. He took his shoes off, he didn't need to do that, we don't take our shoes off, but he did. They were a little bit slow, it was right before Christmas when we started it, but they did a good job. They cleaned up, so we didn't have a lot of mess. Their pricing was about in line with everybody else, we got three or four estimates, and they were right in the middle. We went with them because they seemed to really know their job. The quality of their work was great.

They were fast! We picked out shingle colors one day and they began work the next. The roof is gorgeous. Brad went the extra mile in helping us and we really appreciate it. Price quoted matched the final price. No surprises. I'll definitely use them in a few years when I need to replace the roof on the house!

Lots of communication and they kept the premises clean. They obviously know what they are doing and seemed very professional throughout. I was concerned about making sure everything was absolutely watertight and Brad worked with me to add extra materials and sealing. They started on time and finished on time. We had one small complaint about the workers radio being a little loud, and, once reported, this was immediately corrected (we didn't mind but were worried about the neighbors). I would recommend them highly. We had an excellent overall experience.
