Piano Tuning
Piano in much worse shape than before he came. He "experimented" to fix a small problem with a sticky key that created a much larger problem with several keys. When I called him back and explained that we were unhappy he did not offer to come fix it. He was difficult to talk to on the phone and not interested in leaving us satisfied.

Piano Tuning
Poor tuning--the worst I've ever had done. He was distracted throughout the process with his cell phone. Didn't do the repair appropriately. He was difficult to get hold off and would endlessly delay and not do what he said he would for the follow up work. He ain't comin' back here again.
