She was the first agent I have ever dealt with that actually listened to our requirements and showed us home that met those requirements. We were new to the area and she proved to be very knowledgeable about Lynchburg and all of the surrounding counties. She was very patient with us, spending at least one day every weekend with us for 2 months until we finally found the right home for us. Betty has remained an excellent resource to us in recommending various contractors to take care of our needs.
