Find a Newly Constructed Home (New, Planned Community)
We bought our house from Baxter builders new in October 2024. Since we bought our NEW house we have had nothing but bad communication, declines our phone calls, takes months to get remedies for issues that should have never been issues to begins with, and sub par Sub-contractors to fix the issues we?ve been having. Since we?ve moved in we?ve had muddy water, black mold growing in the basement, improper flashing and sealing around the basement walls, improper grading issues (which were stated in the home inspection and ignored to fix),and terrible craftsmanship and attention to detail on finish work inside. Once we finally got someone out to landscape, they never called 811 to locate known utilities in the area including water lines, electric and fiber. Since he never contacted, he cut our main water line into the house. His Plumber came to fix it and left our pressure tank suspended from the supply line since he never did a full inspection prior to leaving.
