Our bath tub looked bad. It was scraped and cracked and probably the original tub installed when the house was built (1954). It was too far gone for re-glazing and I wanted to avoid the mess (and expense) of replacing the tub. Our only other option was a tub liner.
The tub liner Tara of Bath Planet sold us and installed by Kevin was absolutely perfect! It looks like a brand new bath tub. It took approx. 4 weeks for our order to come in and about 4 hours to install.
My wife and I are very happy with the product and work done and would highly recommend Bath Planet of Lynchburg.

finally called them the third week and found out that they had made a mistake and weren't able to come as previously scheduled. At that point I almost canceled because of their lack of professionalism, but decided not to. It was rescheduled for the first week in February. The work took almost 2 days to finish and the crew did a very good job. I'll give them an A on the quality of workmanship and am very satisfied with it. After it was done I noticed some things that I thought were over priced. I couldn't
dispute them before hand because I didn't know what some of the materials would look like or the quality they would be. Tara took the time to get in contact with the owner and he agreed to somewhat reduce the price. I was offered a $50
debit card for the unannounced month delay which amounted to less than 1% of the total cost. It was an insult to me and I refused it.
Lastly I was surprised and disappointed by the fact that the owner of the business didn't seem to appreciate my business enough to come by, nor did he bother to call and offer a "Thanks" for doing business with him.
