Bath Planet of SW Virginia

We used Bath Planet recently to remodel our custom sized master shower. They were able to give a quick on-site estimate. Wait time for remodel was almost two months. We were told it would take two days for demo and install--ended up taking three. They did not have the correct shower door at time of remodel so we were given a temporary shower curtain. Took three weeks for door to come in. However, after arranging to be on site for the install, they ordered the wrong door and we had to wait once again and set up another install date. Additionally, there was a mix-up between the installer and main office which led to the rainfall showerhead being installed at too low of a height. Since the custom paneling had already been cut and installed, I had to request a bar to raise the showerhead since they couldn't redo it. Not ideal as it is not as nice as original design and is now angled instead of straight down. Despite the multiple problems and extended installs, we were not offered any discount. Considering the significant cost/investment of the remodel, I was not satisfied with our overall experience and would not recommend.
