Emailed an request and received a call back in a few days. I was surpised that my entire household was "barely worth the time to pick it up and clear it out". I was given a quote of $500 which I passed on. I sold may items on my own (about $3,000 worth) donated most of the rest but paid about $1,800 for 123-Junk to haul away.

Awful. I waited on two occasions only to be disappointed with their lack of professionalism, responsiveness and integrity. No one ever answers their phone. They only communicate via text messages. I am really wondering if this is a legitimate company or a scam. I would never recommend Nova Liquidators to any of my associates.

After a relative passed away I had no idea what to do with ALL the ?Stuff?. It was daunting. It would have taken me weeks to go through it never mind move it into storage so I could sell the house. I called an estate sale company first at a friend?s recommendation. The guy showed up and tried to cherry pick a few items and he made me very nervous since he wanted to take the silver with him that day. I called Chris and Roger on a Monday and they were there on Wednesday and made me an offer within 24 hours. We set a date and a truck and the movers showed up on time with a check. The house was empty by the end of the week and I have to say it went smother than I thought it could. Great Job!

They made an offer and let me think about it. They are just wonderful. They informed that I had valuable stuff. They came out for free and did everything for me.

Slow to respond. When responses were received they were rude, condescending and unprofessional. The responses were sent by Chris Fultz, one of the owners, so judge for yourself the professionalism of this outfit. Below are the last two e-mails received from him with nothing altered: Response to inquiry about insurance coverage: and quot;at first i thought your list of questions was a joke, but then i realized that you probably have no idea how essential a golden reputation is in this business.....especially if your clients include some of the most powerful attorneys, real estate agents and trust officers in the mid-atlantic. But save your energy because if you can't trust us, then we don't trust you. I suggest you contact another company...one that has time to jump through your hoops, but beware, if they have time to deal with you, they probably arn't as busy and therefore as reputable as the rest of us.and quot; When I replied that he should be ashamed of his response and that we would be using another company, he replied with: and quot; Ashamed, really? Only those who say that are the and quot;do as I say, not as I doand quot; people. Please stop harassing us. In 11 years of business working with billionaires down to true trash jobs, we KNOW the crazies, the neurotics, and the ones who have NO idea of the value of items, it IS our perogative to say and quot;NO!and quot; and as two highly educated men, it is safe to say that we can see the red flags within emails like yours. As a matter of record, only those good companies in the D.C. area will take a sale that has at least $10,000 in sales and charge upwards of 40% commission with you bearing the trash cost on your own. You very may well be laughed at by the other 5 firms as well.and quot;

Chris and Roger of Nova Liquidation LLC were referred to us by Tracy Niro of Wise Moves (also reviewed today). We met while Wise Moves was helping to sort and dispose of my mother's estate property at her home in Alexandria, Va., and they were able to view the contents of my mother's house (in situ) at a time that was convenient and they were able to arrange packers, moving crew and a truck to haul away those contents of the house that they identified as of value to them as dealers and suppliers of antiques and objects of art. Among the objects that were of most interest to them were costume jewelry and crystal blown glass paperweights and some antique furniture. We were able to negotiate an attractive price for the lot and the family was extremely pleased with the flexibility and promptness that they exhibited in all of their dealings with us.

They clean out homes after someone has passed away. They come in and give an estimate of what the place is worth. They pay you up front, and then they clean out the place. They give you an estimate of the value of the belongings and clear out everything within a day. Then they give you a check on the spot for the things that are removed. The prices are fair. They're extremely efficient in the work they do.
