me that he could repair of the problem and replace the tiles inexpensively, quoting around $45. He told me he was quite busy, but would be able to come over and do the work in early March over a couple of days.
March arrived and I didn't hear from Mike Clark. I began calling and only got to his phone messages. I asked for him to call me back, and got no response, even after 5 phone calls and 2 calls to the company's office. Frustrated, I found someone else to do the work.
I don't do business with contractors who disrespect me to the extent that they don't feel it important to call me back. If they don't want the work, they simply need to call and tell me that. I'm dissapointed about how I was mistreated. I was going to ask him to replace the carpet in my house this fall. Well, he won't be getting that or any other business from me.
