+ -1 moreI called them and told them that the installer stated the door was defective. I stated I wanted a replacement door. They stated they would replace the screen mechanism and door handle, not the door They stated they would not cover labor because the warranty only covers the product. This is not a solution to my problem. They claimed that was all they could do.
Description of Work: They supplied door and warranty on the door.
