THEY WERE NOT HONEST. THEY BROKE THE FENCE AND THEY TOOK THE PORTION THEY BROKE AND SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT AND DIDN'T. THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT AND THAT WAS 9 MONTHS AGO. EXCUSES.
