Initially the project went well. The work only ran 2 months behind schedule. This was a large undertaking so I didn't expect it to run on time. The problems occurred after the crew left. The hardwood flooring on the entire first floor warped. They had not allow the wood to cure before installing. The worst issues had become apparent recently. The addition began to separate from the main house. In investigating the problem, it turns out Fox did not build the addition to specs. They did not use the specified footers - they did not go deep enough nor did they put in the required rebar.
