The representative who showed me the property was pleasant but didn't really take time to show me the house. Also, I could tell the show property was poorly built. The floors were squeaky and the materials used were cheap. This concerned me because of all houses, the show house should be in tip-top shape.

They did a crappie job. Just about everything they did was wrong. The roof is still on and that's about it. They will not reimburse me for the plumber I had to call in. My slab was poured wrong in the basement and I have had flooding since 12 hours after I moved into the house. They are refusing to replace the slab and the walls are also crooked. Everything is cheap quality. We replaced the hardware. This is a new development and there are fifty-three houses and all of our neighbors are unhappy, as well.
