Well, everything went just fine. Previously, prior to my purchasing my home, the oil jet wasn't replaced properly into the opening...so that is why I kept getting these oil leaks. Lloyd's Heating and Cooling replaced some other part, which never corrected the problem. That outfit was not easy to deal with on this problem. I essentially replaced a part that didn't need replacing. I did purchase this new heat pump from them.
After hearing about Wayne's Heating and Cooling, I called them and they were super to deal with. They have won my loyalty hands down. The technicians were not only very polite and answered lots of questions but were very professional in attitude, and cleaned any mess that was made. Wayne's is totally awesome. At my age, not understanding, the operation of an oil furnace can be a headache. They are very patient when the questions on this and that flow forth.
When I say that they clean up behind their operations, I mean it. With the prior outfit, I took pictures of the dirty fingerprints left on my wall. The only thing that I should have kept track of was their comments on my thermostat, when they had to replace it under warranty.
Hands down without a doubt, Wayne's Heating and Cooling is a super outfit to call when in a heat pump and oil furnace dilemma.
Dave came out prior to the purchase and went over our options without pressure or attitude. I could tell he was focused on my needs and that although there were more efficient (and expensive!) systems, he was frank about balancing the system, our environment and our budget to give us the best within our budget.
That was a couple years ago, but just had my spring service (the system is still perfect and has cut my electric bill by MORE THAN HALF!!) and it reminded me how pleased we are with Wayne's Heating and Cooling. So I wanted to pass along the great work by a great team to all my neighbors.
