Everything checked out fine. HVAC units, filters and coolant were checked and cleaned as necessary. This is a twice a year service and they always do a great job.

We have had a service contract with them for about 4 years. They have done excellent work and have been here whenever there has been a problem. They actually fixed problems that two other companies did not fix or even find. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The 3-man team was on time and very professional in attitude. They explained in detail what work they would be doing. The job took one day, after which the system worked perfectly. All components were Ameristar with 10-year warranties.
Bids from competing companies were about $1,000 higher than Oasis; however, most were bidding 14 SEER units rather than 13 SEER. From an operational standpoint, the 13 and 14 units are identical.

They did a good job. They were on time. They provided me with a lot of information and let me know what was going on. They provided me with different options on what we could do to get everything straightened out. They didn't mess anything up in the house. I haven't had enough of this type of work done to know if the price was expensive or not.

We have an annual maintenance contract with Oasis. They come out 2 times a year to clean and service our heating/cooling system. They are very professional and the work is done promptly and thoroughly. This is the first year we have used their services and we will be continuing the service agreement for the foreseeable future. Since they have started maintaining our system we've seen a 20-30% drop in electrical usage (we're an all electric house). They solved a problem with our system we've had since it was installed 7 years ago and that other contractors were unable to fix.

What a pleasure it is to do business with such an honest, professional, polite person. Oasis (Dylan) arrived on time for the initial appointment on Aug 6. He inspected my two older heat pump units and noticed that the outside unit coils were extremely dirty with a build up of dust, grass clippings, etc. He explained that he could not get accurate pressure readings due to the dirty coils and gave me the option of having them cleaned or cleaning them myself. He was unable to clean them the same day, so I elected to do the cleaning. He explained to me how to disassemble the unit covers, apply the cleaning solution (which he gave me), protect the electrical parts, and wash the coils with a garden hose. Dylan troubleshot and corrected an electrical problem I had caused when I performed a DIY replacement of one of the fan motors last year. He checked my newer heat pump unit - it was in good working order and needed nothing at this time.
I scheduled a return appointment after I cleaned the coils. He and his assistant again showed up on time. He went right to work servicing the units. One required additional refrigerant. In less than an hour, he was done.
I will not state the small amount of money he charged me for these services as I believe it was far below fair market value. Oasis does not try to sell parts or services you don't need but offers what I consider to be sound advice and options to correct problems. I am completely satisfied with Oasis Heating and Air Conditioning and can recommend them without reservation. I trust this company to take care of my HVAC needs - I will definitely have them back next year to perform preventative maintenance on my units.
Honesty and value go a long way and Dylan understands this. I hope his business grows as much as he desires.

Tech arrive slightly ahead of appointment. I explained the issue, that the emergency heat light was staying on in the thermostat and my electric bill was much higher than normal. The house is vacant through the winter but I keep the heat on 55 to keep pipes from freezing. He noted that the Trane heat-pump system was nearly 23 years old and might need replacing. After he carefully evaluated the system, by opening it up and testing pressures and connections, concluded that the problem was probably in the old (also 23 years old) thermostat. He replaced the Stat and suggested that I may want to consider replacing the heat-pump due to age. No pressure on me to change it, only the recommendation. I was impressed that he did not try to oversell me. The new Stat works great and keeps the temp very steady.

Were to have come out initially on 12/16 to check out problem, but serviceman got lost. Came out on 12/17 (Saturday) with no up charge because of missing Friday appointment. Diagnosed the problem and gave us a "worst case" estimate. Called on Monday with the actual costs (condenser was under warranty), then came out on Wednesday to do the installation. They arrived ahead of schedule on Wednesday, did what needed doing and everything has been working fine since. We were impressed enough to get a service contract with them for routine maintenance.

I would recommend that you ask for the owner (Dylan) to come out with the apprentices on the initial trip rather than just the apprentices. His apprenticed will be good service people at some point but they are not there yet. The owner was comming out later anyway (and did) but some time could have been saved if he had come out initially with the apprentices.

Dylan was excellant, very efficient and knows his stuff. I would definitely use him again.

I can't say enough how great Dylan is and how reasonable his charges are.

I ended up spending $250 on the service. They were fantastic. They provided me with absolutely excellent service. They were timely. Their prices were fairly competitive. They explained everything really well and fixed it after 10 other companies had tried to fix it. They were very responsive; they came out on a weekend. They came out early. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Dylan Drymond didn't mind me walking around with him and asking lots of questions. He is the competent, knowledgeable, and experienced lead technician for his company. Service on both houses was a lot less than I expected. Our first house needed a new capacitor and about 2 pounds of freon. Apparently low freon will stress the capacitor. Dylan replaced both. Our second house just needed more freon. Dylan checked the unit and didn't detect any other problems. Note Their web site also has 10% discount coupon.

The serviceman (who is the owner) arrived right at the appointment time and I told him that earlier in the summer a different company repairman had replaced the freon as the AC wasn't keeping up with the heat, so we went to the units outside and he checked them but all seemed to be within limits, so he checked the blower units and determined the heating units were not turning on. After re-programming the thermostats that were replaced this summer so the Aux. heating was enabled, the house starting warming up almost immediately. Since it's well below freezing and we have 2 small children, we were definately in a position to be taken advantage of, but Oasis Heating and Air Conditioning quickly solved the problem and only charged us for the service call, when it would have been far to easy too 'run up the tab'. Great service and great company. I will definately be using them in the future.

We had a ac unit go out after two years, called Dylan and he came out within two hours. He spent two days locating the problem with the downstairs ac unit. He didn't give up after replacing the compressor because after the unit was replaced it still wasn't working right. He didn't stop there he contacted the manufacturer and the tech. informed him that there was a restriction in the line. With that information he proceeded under my house and sweated the ac line a part and found that there was a penny stuck in the line stopping the flow. This person would not stop until he aquired and used the information that was related to him.His expertise was needed two times after this period. Here is the problem he found, picture below.
