The technicians were professional and went directly to the outside unit - the capacitor replacement cost $85.00 - it took them 10 minutes to restore the outside unit operating capability; and the unit is working and functioning correctly. My house is cool again... Paid $49 for the diagnostic call and 126.00 for capactitor and added mileage fee...

The person I talked with to line-up getting the job done was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient (I had a bunch of questions....). The job was scheduled in a timely manner and completed as needed. Not withstanding my somewhat negative feelings about the cost, which I realize is not really the fault of the service provider, I am very pleased with the job that Lloyd's Heating & Cooling has done.

OK,. customer and service rep unclear as to what should be installed. Donnie and James did their best to get clarity and installed return duct the would work.

Dave and Donnie arrived on time. once entering the home,
immediately notice how much air flow was exhausting through the vents. my unit is on the second floor of a townhouse; they checked the unit air passages return and supply, found the supply was sufficient, but the return wasn't getting good amount of air with current setup. return air through the cavity of the house, through boxed air supply to the wall and 14x14x8 downstairs grille.
they indicate this current setup will suffice, but not an effective way to utilize the furnace.
I'm awaiting an estimate to correct the HOT upstair, COLD downstairs issue.

ng They were prompt, professional and informative. Checked entire system for proper size for the house, checked each room for proper air flow and gave suggestions on how to use the system to control air flow to different areas of the home. More than satisfied Great job and will certainly use them for any future issues

Couldn't ask for better response time and professional service. Lloyds technicians know their stuff, act professionally answer questions and actually took the time to ask me questions about the operation of the heating and cooling system. John, Lloyds service technician knew his stuff, professional and took extra time to check each system, heating and cooling, thermostat, and ensured each was operating properly and efficiently. Excellent customer service - highly recommend, Lloyds Heating & Cooling.

I called them, the technician was here within 2 hours, he had the unit fixed within 30 minutes and was on his way. I couldn't have been happier. Well, if they hadn't charged at all I would have been happier, but this is capitalism, after all.

I had purchased a big deal and it did not turn out so great. They had to come back about 4 times. They came out the same day that I purchased the big deal. They got the heater working, but it seems like it should have been done faster, and the repairs didn't hold out. Two people came out the first time, and I wasn't there the second and third time. I still had a problem with it, and I had to call somebody else to repair it. I paid an additional $200 or $300.

"We actually arrived 2 times at the location of tenant to find no one home on the scheduled date of visit. We were not able to get in home. The other 2 visits was to diagnose and return with factory parts. When techs left home the final visit, system was working properly according to manufacturers specks."
