Description of Work: Just discovered this summer that some of the trim on my house was rotting as a result of water damage over some period of time. I contacted History Land Builders, Inc. for a recommendation as to what should be done. Mr. Packard, the owner, said that his son would be able to take a look at the problem within a few days and make recommendations. His son, Raymond Packard, Jr., called when promised and was able to begin the work promptly. He not only repaired the places that I had noticed but pointed out several other problem areas that he also was able to repair in order to prevent the problem from occuring in other locations. He used PVC to make the repairs to reduce the problems in the future. He also painted all the trim to match existing trim. He was extremely professional and explained in detail all that was being done and why. He was very attentive to the details of the job and left the job site clean.
