Interior Painting
The owner of Ace Painting, Andrew Lettner's quality of work is amazing. However, he lets his personal life and everything else get in the way of his work. He starts jobs and gets so close to finished but then he'll disappear. You can't get him on the phone to come back. Three of four weeks later he'll call me back and say he wants to get on the calendar to get back in on the job but by then I've figured out another way to finish it. I've had some problems with theft on jobs which I don't have a problem with until Andrew's crew is there. Andrew Lettner with Ace Painting is very personable, he comes across very well, but once you start working with him three days in, the job starts falling apart. I've had this happen four or five times now. His poor work ethic reflects back on me.
