We paid a portion up front. The first day 1 person showed up to power wash the home. On the second day 2 workers showed up to finish removing the old paint on the home. They showed up with a hand sander and had to ask us for a hammer. They showed up periodically over the next 2 weeks with a small crew to do the sanding and continue to remove the paint. After 2 weeks they hadn't finished sanding the house. After the poor service, we decided to fire them from the job. We gave Tim multiple chances to resolve the situation. He said he would give us back the money we paid upfront, but we never heard from him again.
