We replaced our master shower door hinge ourselves, but it still didn't fix the clicking problem, so we called Sam. He came that same afternoon, was prompt, polite, and very professional. He figured out the bottom hinge was causing the problem (even though the top one we replaced was making the banging noise), switched around both hinges, and even put a vinyl strip on the bottom to keep water. I can't tell you how much he charges because he didn't charge us anything! He was here maybe a 1/2 hour and we had the hinge, but I had my wallet out to pay him and he said no, I asked if he would send a bill, said no charge. So I started getting out some cash to give him and he started walking out the front door shaking his hand "no, really, there's not charge, but if it'd be nice if you could recommend our service". I would definitely call him again if/when we have any glass services he can provide.

It went very well. Sam and his assistant came on time (in my experience this almost never happens during a remodel). They worked quickly and efficiently. They wore booties to protect my floors - (although their shoes looked perfectly clean to me). The finished product is beautiful. We had to wait 24 hours for the seal to set but we have used it several times and it is wonderful.
