U.S. Window Repair

Came out and quickly repaired a window that was off track and needed minor repairs. Cost was fair, and work has held up.

Naaser over saw the work and took the window to his shop where he was able to replace and reseal the window. He did the work in 1 day. I would recommend and use them again.

I called U.S. Window Repair around 9 a.m. A technician, Sam, came around 11:30 and fixed the windows in less than 10 minutes. No sales pitch, just a quick efficient repair. It can be difficult to find a vendor to do smaller repair jobs. I will definitely contact them for any future window repair or replacement needs.

Naaser was great.  Professional, agreeable, took care of everything very quickly and was courteous enough to dispose of the broken glass door through the outside of the house because we have a baby and he didn't want to drag it through the house.  Would highly recommend.

So far very, very good.  I will update review once the window/glass and screen are actually installed.

Nasel (sp?) arrived on time, was clean-cut, polite, pleasant to deal with, and confident. He did an excellent job and was done in 20 minutes. He splayed a blanket on the floor to catch any particles of glass as he worked. My husband came in and checked his work and couldn't be more satisfied in the workmanship. I had 4 windows that essentially could not be opened because  the balances had become detached. The technician analyzed the problem and attempted to find replacement balances. He was unable to find replacement parts but upon my request he returned and repaired the windows using screws to hold the old balances, in place of the original hooks. The repair seems to be adequate and the windows can now be opened normally. After making the repairs, he vacuumed the work area.

This guy really knows windows, and he will not charge you more than it costs to fix the problem.  I had four large floor to ceiling windows whose sashes had collapsed due to house settlling.  They were death traps.  Everyone else wanted to replace the windows.  But Mahmoud Naser ordered the necessayr parts and fixed only the problem that needed to be fixed.  Now they work perfectly.  Good as new.  And at only $125 per window, it was a fair price.

These guys are the greatest!  After calling 5 companies on Angie's List, we quickly found out that most won't replace only one window;  they want bigger jobs.  U.S. Window Repair charged considerably less than the only other estimate I could get, and Naaser was quick to respond, pleasant to work with, and did a great job.  I recommend them highly.

I've sold my house and during the inspection it was noted that one window would not open, and it needed to be repaired. I called yesterday late afternoon and was able to get an appointment today. The appointment was at 12:00 and they arrived early. Who ever heard of a repair person arriving on time, much less early? Nassar was professional, polite and easy to work with. Within less than 1/2 hour he figured out the problem, had the parts in his truck, and completed the repair. I would absolutely recommend U.S. Window Repair.

Naaser was responsive. He came quickly and evaluated the situation. He suggested I contact the window manufacturer to check warranty provisions. He ordered the replacement and replaced it with no hassle or delay.

I would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arises.

I called the Virginia number at around 2:30 and they said he could be at my house by 3:30. After viewing the window, he quoted me the price over the phone and the work was completed within a half an hour. It looks fantastic! Overall, I am extremely pleased with the speed, the quality, and the competitive price of the service. The window was broken for several months. If I had known it would be so easy to fix, I would definitely have called earlier!
