We have repeatedly tried to contact Unviersity Painters with no luck. They use a national call centre, but we cannot connect with a real person. Literally dozens of voice mails have not been answered. I have used them before and they did a first rate job. It is a shame that the level customer service is so poor they cannot even make an effort to let me know they are running late, or have decided not to take the job. Right now, I am so disappointed and I now have to see if I can find another contractor who might be at least willing to return my call.

They took credit cards and that is one thing that is good. They were quick. They were on time and they did everything very professionally. I don't have to be here because of the work was very thorough.

Workers were on time and went right to work. Stopped for lunch and went back to work. The on-site supervisor kept me informed. The business manager was very knowledgeable.

The painters that showed up did a good job. At the end of the job, I tried to pay with credit card and was inform that it would be 3% more. So I got on the phone with the sales rep (Matt) and Matt started to throw an attitude and became very unprofessional. He did waive the 3% as it was not previously disclosed but hung up the phone on me before I can finish talking to him about his unprofessional behavior.

Shiraz returned my initial phone call within an hour, came 2 days later for estimate. Work was completed in one day. Crew was professional, polite and did an excellent job. Cleaned up well after themselves.
