If I could give zero stars I would. Initial measurements were inaccurate so requested and update with new measurements. Met with accusations about the measurement job done initially despite the windows not fitting. Owner then accused me of not responding to emails that were never sent. Owner then asked me 5 times to clarify the request despite the email being explicit and concise about what was needed. Save yourself the pain and wasted time and go to literally any other glass shop in the area.

I called Mr. Arias around 8:30a.m. on Wednesday, May 22, and explained the problem. He emailed a rough estimate to me at 9:09a.m. I approved and signed the estimate right away, then I received an appointment time for Friday, May 24, from 8:30-9:30a.m. Friday morning I received notice around 8:15a.m. by phone and email that the technician would be at my home at 8:45a.m. Chris arrived at 8:45a.m. on the dot. I immediately showed him the window and the window pane, and he went straight to work. He climbed up onto the roof, removed the screen, securely reinstalled the pane, and replaced the screen. By 9:04a.m. the work was completed and Chris was on to his next appointment. Communication with everyone in the company --- Mr. Arias, his wife Aida, and Maria --- was excellent. Chris was very friendly and professional. I would definitely hire this company again!

The salesperson responded to my email immediately with an estimate of costs. After my initial approval of the estimate, the technician came the same day to provide a final estimate and scheduled the work for the next day. The technician arrived in a timely manner and did an exceptional job. He was friendly and professional and explained the type of glass that was being used and demonstrated its strength. In addition to replacing the broken windows, he cleaned the existing windows.
