Very well. They were prompt, went straight to work, and cleaned up when they were done.

They were pretty good.

I'd give them an "A". They were really good. They were very competitive. You can give them "A's" all across the board. I use them all the time.

They had a coupon, so I decided to use them. They gave me a $25 discount. It is a little bit more than other companies. They were willing to check the heating and cooling at the same time, where as other people check just either heating or cooling. That's is why I decided to give them a shot. There was no separate service call, or charge for diagnostic. I told them the problem, and they just came to do everything. They exceeded expectations, and were very professional.

The price is $179 a year. I pay once and they come out twice a year. I only got 2 quotes and they were the lower of the 2. The heat pump has been working since they put it in. They're always on time. I will keep using them. I may consider having them put in a water heater eventually.

The technician arrived early and the cooling system check-up went smoothly.

I did a comparison with other companies. Professionalism is an A+. I would use them again definitely. They completed it in one day. It was 2 or 3 people. They left the area clean.

Today I am going to be calling Trademasters, which is an HVAC and plumbing company. We have a contract with them, they come out and service system twice a year. I think they’re great, they’re fine. I need to call and make an appointment for them to check out the air conditioning. Twice a year they come and check it all out. I did actually go ahead and signed up for the service contract and I certainly would not have done that if didn’t feel like they were excellent in all categories. They are always very responsive, so I appreciate that. If I have something that really needs to be addressed right away, they ensure that somebody comes out very quickly. I think the service contract was probably $250, and for a visit otherwise sometimes it’s pretty pricey, depends what is wrong.

It was about $2,900, it’s one of the hot water heaters that also provides heat to you. They installed relatively quickly. They discussed what they were doing with me and explained the pros and the cons about the setup of my unit and they were easy to work with.

Trademasters Service Corp was exceptional. They've always been trust-worthy and always shown up on time and did exactly what they said they were going to and, I mean, I relied on them. I thought they were absolutely fantastic. You get what you pay for. Like, they may not be the cheapest, but they're exceptional with what they do.

I've been pretty happy with them. I've been having them come out twice a year and check the health of the pump to continue to ensure that it operates in peak efficiency. They were the one that gave me an estimate and didn't expect me to make a decision on the spot. They were polite, candid and direct. They were much better than the other estimate I received and cheaper so I worked with them for the installation. We had a 10 year old AC unit plus a very inefficient electric heat system and they were running my electric bill. So I chose to bite the bullet and get a brand new efficient system and rip the electrical savings over time. I was going to continue using them to do the check ups.

It was OK and I would recommend them.

Very well. Shane was very friendly when he came out for the initial inspection and estimate. He explained everything in thorough, but layman, detail so I knew exactly what was going to be done, I understood the scope of work, and even recent legislation that required specific system choices (type of refrigerant, etc). The workers were very efficient, friendly, and professional. They laid down tarps to cover all of the carpets they had to walk on and/or work around. Even when I had the door propped open if the 'outside' guy (the one working on the condenser) had to come inside, he'd still knock. Once finished they walked me through the manuals, guides, etc for the system. They showed me the emergency cut-off and moisture cutoff systems they installed. Showed me how to clean the u-bend they installed for the condensate...basically walked me through the whole care and feeding of the system. I got multiple quotes from HVAC vendors around NoVa, Trademasters weren't the cheapest, they were close, but they were also the most professional, seemed the most interested in forming a business relationship with me, and were the highest recommended....a recommendation I now share and freely provide.

Trademasters did a terrific job with the complete install of our HVAC, AprilAir Humidifier and Hot Water Heater. Our sales rep, Shane Allen was punctual, knew his business and was extremely knowledgeable about the line of Trane products, offering a few different options for us to consider. He was extremely responsive to our questions and made this process effortless. What was ordered was exactly what was delivered. On the scheduled day of the install, the team arrived on time and they worked from morning till evening and did the complete job in a day. The install was well done and the workplace was spotless when they left. We couldn't ask for more. They even brought an extra lift kit (at no extra charge) for my other Trane compressor to make sure it was elevated as per code. The unit and water heater have been functioning flawlessly. We will continue to use Trademasters and will refer them to others we know with HVAC service needs. Thanks for a great experience!
