TOWN & COUNTRY LANDSCAPING, INC.

We hired Town & Country to do hardscaping for our walkway and also installing a retaining wall in the backyard. There is very poor communication with this company. After a year of the pavers being installed, there are areas that are settling badly and moss is already growing in between. We have tried in multiple occasions to get this corrected under their 1 year labor warranty. They did a terrible job trying to correct it. In addition they quoted us a job to install top soil and then left the retaining wall partially filled in. I would highly discourage anyone from hiring them. We spend over $20K and are very unhappy with the results.

Job went as planned. Jeff, VP of the company, was here to supervise the work. I have used them in the past for lawn plugging and reseeding. My lawn looks great. Next week they will be installing a sprinkler system. I do recommend them.

I use them for weekly landscaping needs cutting trimming blowing etc. Always show up on time work fast. No complaints at all with the landscaping team. $194 a month
When we moved in we had them do a big clean up and mulch re-cut beds and trim the property they spent the entire day here and it looks great the cost for the big clean up was $745
They also did a special clear out of brush that was behind my pool and shed the price was excellent and they did a great job that I could have never got done. Cost $300
I am getting ready to do a pretty big paver project and had T&C come out to give me a quote on the job which they just got back to me. The price seems to be reasonable and around what I expected it to be but need to get some more clarification on details as I would have like to seen more than just a quote and have requested to see a sample of the paver we picked. I thought I was going to get some drawings or pictures like I have gotten in the past from other hard-scape projects companies. Last time I spoke with them they told me they could start in 2 weeks but that was at least 4 weeks ago but I understand this is a very busy time for these companies and I have not been putting any pressure on them to start it ASAP but I do hope they answer my questions on the project soon. If I decide to go ahead with them I will take before and after shots and post a full review on the project.

Lot of my neighbors used them and they are happy and I am also very happy with their service. They are reliable and they don't mess around. They get the job done and they leave.

I would only hire this company for lawn service.

It was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

The father had ethics the sons lack. I have two letters from 'Junior" blaming me for the bad work and denying responsibilty.

They are good, dependable, efficient and helpful.

We were so impressed with the personal and professional time Ed took to assess our yard. When the quote was received for pruning repairs; we were so pleased with the price that we asked them to estimate additional work to prepare for spring: application of pre-emergent herbicides, fertilizer, and mulch replacement. Again, we were delighted with the price quoted and arranged for the work to be done. While it was delayed by several days due to this year's extraordinarily high demand, Town and Country kept me apprised. When work was completed--it exceeded our expectations. We have asked to put on their list for next year. Town and Country is a keeper--ask for Ed!!

To be quite honest, I'm not at all happy with them. In the summertime they are suppose to leave the grass a little longer but they cut it extra long. This ensures that they will be back soon to cut the grass again. They charge by the number of cuts they do and it's not cheap. I think their whole process is underhanded. They barely clip the top of the grass. About half of the community wanted to get rid of them but the majority rose up against us. The majority has a lot more money than I do so they don't mind paying. When I asked the workers about cutting the grass shorter it turned out being a fiasco. They tried to turn what I said all around to make it seem like I didn't know what I wanted. They don't always cut on the same day that they were suppose to. On a few occassions, they forgot to cut my yard when they cut the rest of the community. I would dump them in a heartbeat if I could.

They do good work. They have a lot of equipment and do a professional job. They don't always come as frequently as I would like, but they work hard and do a good job. They are very respectful of my property and make sure everything is cleaned properly.
