Andre has been a Trainer for both my husband and myself since April 2010. He has been in this field for over 15 years and has a wealth of knowledge regarding the body, nutrition and exercise. He has a large facility with many types of equipment. Andre is a great motivator and makes the workout fun and challenging. He varies the program from day to day so we never get bored. We have increased our strength and flexibility, notice definition in our arms and legs; and we have toned and strengthened our abdominal muscles.

My husband and I schedule workouts with Andre 2 to 3 times a week. Andre is a great motivator and makes the workout fun and challenging. He varies the program from day to day, so we never get bored. Andre ensures that we are doing the exercises correctly so as not to injure ourselves. Both my husband and I now notice definition in our arms and legs. We have toned and strengthened our abdominal core muscles. Everytime we leave his facility we feel great knowing that we are doing something to stay healthy.
