We had half a dozen companies talk to us and give an estimate. While we did did not go with the very cheapest estimate, we went with what we thought (and turned out to be) the best company. Many of the estimates were around each other, so we looked at customer service (can you get ahold of people when you have questions or problems), looked at someone who would answer our many questions, do an exceptional installation, offer a warranty on product as well as workmanship. Russ at Timothy's offered all the above. A few examples-- we must have texted or called Russ dozens of times with specific questions that we had. He ALWAYS answered, nearly immediately. He offered a 25 yr warranty of LABOR! who does that? amazing. He was at the worksite the entire time, and made sure any problems or concerns were taken care of so we didn't have to. The job was done in a day. Including replacing our plywood base. They did everything we wanted in a fair and honest price. The clean up was meticulous. Basically, there wasn't a single thing I wish was different or that I would change. I would strongly recommend Russ and Timothy's Roofing.
