Russ and his crew demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, punctuality and good old fashioned respect. I had just laid new sod and Russ's crew took care when carrying their materials and ladders to access the roof. I had screening installed in my gutters, which will save me time and money eliminating the need to have the leaves removed yearly. The manager Russ was a very professional straight forward manager. He took the time to brake everything down, and things I didn’t know about the process to ensure I knew what was going on from the beginning to the end. His team did amazing work! I would recommend that company to anyone.

Needed to replace our 20 year old roof. Timothy's installed the last roof for the previous owners. Called and Russ came out the same day. Felt he gave me honest advice about what needed to get done. No pressure tactics. Got another quote from a reputable company and Timothy's quote was better by about $700. We decided to replace the flat roof and gutters in addition to the main roof. Signed the contract a few days later and Russ and his guys installed it 3 days later. Install of both roofs and the gutters was completed in 1 day. Very happy with the result and looking forward to a worry-free and reliable roof.

Roof was in bad condition, and sale of house for in-fill was an option on the table. Russ, the estimator, helped us with a cost/benefit analysis of repair, and ultimately we decided to proceed. Glad we did! Roof looks great, and now we can live in this house without the worries that an aging roof raises. Timothy's Roofing installed architectural-grade shingles on OSB underlayment. Very sound with a beautifully dimensional/textured appearance! House is a 1,500 square foot rambler with a fairly simple floor plan. A single front room extends outward relative to the others and requires a separately sloping section of roof. Job was quoted at $17,500. Russ gave us a price break in exchange for granting him discretion to use shingles and other materials left over from a recent commercial job. A major consideration financially was that all substrate plywood--much of it now-substandard 3/8th inch-thick originally installed in 1963--had to be replaced. It took sixty one sheets and a lot of work! In every respect, crew did a fine job. Details like clips at all plywood joints and a fully extending ridge vent were all properly attended. Entire operation was completed in a single day. Clean-up was thorough. We are very pleased with the work product and the service we received. Neighbors have gone out of their way to compliment the results. Being able to solve a problem as grave as this roof presented was no given for folks of our means. Timothy's Roofing made it happen for us, and we are extremely grateful. 5-star rating for this vendor!

Timothy's Roofing Company did an excellent job of replacing my old roof. Russ (Sales Manager) provided an estimate on the spot and the installation crew was very professional. When done it was "like it never even happened"- no trash, etc. I really like the warranty as I plan on owning the house for many more years. A quality, professional job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend, especially to seniors (or others) who can't climb ladders. It's important to be able to trust your contractor.

They gave an honest price, they showed up on time, they did the work quickly--delivery of materials to final clean up in only a few days (even though there were 3 distinct phases to the job). The company did a great job. I had defective shingles from a roof done 12 years ago by a different contractor. Russ Robertson worked with me in assisting to get the insurance claim processed and was present during the job to supervise. They did a very professional job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. I try to hire family owned businesses.

Our townhouse needed to replace the asphalt shingle roofing after 15 years. I called several contractors in early November 2021, but found Russ Robertson was professional and responsive in scheduling a visit to give a cost estimate, clarifying the replacement shingles would meet our HOA requirements (which did not allow the GAF brand) , and following up to alert me of a 1-day delay in work. I was highly satisfied by the communication, professional quality of work and cleanup, and reasonable cost of $5,700. I would hire them again and recommend that homeowners work with Russ Robertson to obtain a timely project cost estimate.

They showed up on time, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up afterward. They made sure to lay tarp down to protect both the front yard and back patio from debris. I was able to get the job scheduled quickly and the work was done within 1 day. I would highly recommend this company!

This experience went extremely smoothly! All the paperwork, service, and communication were very professional and respectful. Russ Robertson (sales manager) was very responsive and prepared the materials and paperwork quickly. The team were on time and took care of the work quickly and efficiently. They even returned to help fix the wiring in the back of the house and Russ himself helped cleared the gutters, despite not being apart of the contract. The new roof looks stunning and I am absolutely satisfied with everything. Highly recommend them!

The service and work was excellent and well done! I am normally wary about lots of sales talk and pressure to sign. In this case, I'm glad I did! Russ is great at the sales pitch and he definitely followed through on his commitment to get it done. He provided me with the info I needed for HOA approval and was proactive in communicating and following up with the approval process. I appreciate the fact that I can reach him if I had questions and he was definitely responsive! The day of work, Russ was here in the morning and made sure the work started well. During the day, he was also available when I texted him on a question or two. Before the work wrapped up, they were short a couple of shingles and he called everywhere to get the right materials, driving all the way to Alexandria and back. He waited for the work to be completed. Very professional. Very few, if ever, get it right!

Russ was prompt in preparing his quote. It was a very competitive price and beat the competition by hundreds of dollars. The job was finished in one day! The workmen did a great job cleaning up upon completion.
