I would tell a person if they asked that they need to go to Springfield Auto. They've always been done properly the first time, and I've never had any issues or complaints.

My vehicle is always clean. They don't wash it or anything for you, but they don't trash it up if that makes sense. If it's just an oil change it takes maybe 20 minutes.

I'm always pleased. I'm happy every time I leave there. I have a good feeling about whatever they did. I know them; we always clown around. It's just a good time when I go there.

At the time I was looking for an honest, reliable place, and I just gave them a shot. You frequently are out there in the marketplace. If somebody strikes you as being good and decent, you give them a shot, that's what I did.

They seem to care if that makes any sense. It's not just move the customer along and get the next one in for the almighty dollar. They care, they take pride in their work.

It's not a fancy dealership. It's a small waiting room with a television set and that's it. You can maybe walk 50 yards to a little snack shop, but that's it. You're not going to find luxury and comfort. You'll fond heat and air conditioning depending on the weather. No frills would be the way to describe it. It's pleasant because you always end up talking to somebody else waiting. If he's too busy, I may come back later in the day or something.

I think his cost are very reasonable; I've never had an issue. Nothing has had to ever go back. So, the cost, for me, is reasonable, it's fair and reasonable. Always treated in a professional manner, always informed as to what work is needed. I've never had to bring a product back once they fixed it.

I go there every couple of months for an oil change, and then he does any other mechanical work I need. I routinely go there for oil changes, but in the case of a brake job in June I needed new tires maybe two years ago from the same place. Anything mechanical I go there, I do not go anywhere else. I bring my own oil and filter, so in the scheme of life, it's like 15 bucks, it's a good deal. I've been going there for 35 years, and I do not go anywhere else.

I do not go to anyone else. The work done only took 2 hours to complete. The workers are dynamite people. Excellent services at fair prices.

They always do a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone. They don't try to up-sell on anything and I really appreciate it, their prices are always very reasonable. They're not open on the weekends, but it's well worth it.

Called on Wednesday to get an oil change. the guy that answered the phone was curt but since they had an opening and I was overdue I just went with it. I called to let them know that I was running late. Same mediocre greeting but he said it was fine so I went. I knew that it was in an industrial park so I didn't expect it to be glamorous and he told me that it would only take 30 minutes so I could manage that. I walked in with my son. I was assaulted by the smell of smoke. The place was dingy and dirty. The man didn't even greet me. I said good morning and gave him my name. I also asked if he could do an inspection. I also let him know that I found the company through Angie's List. He just mumbled 'Ok'. He asked for my keys. I sat there for a good 10 minutes. Another man came in from the garage and greeted me as a normal professional. He asked me if I was being helped. The guy jumped in and said that he 'got it' Clearly there was some tension between the two of them but I guess the man at the desk must have had greater rank since the younger gentleman quickly backed off but even admitted that I was just sitting there and he didn't know if I was being helped. While waiting at least 4 customers (one female and 3 males) came through. They each were greeted immediately. One person even got no charge for services rendered.
About 45 minutes later the care was ready. Instead of being told "Ma'am your car is ready. I was just asked what my name was on file. He placed the bill on the counter. He didn't' tell me the cost. I gave him my card. He threw it back on the counter. The phone rang. He didn't use good manners to say 'let me take this call' he just got on the phone as if I didn't exist. He handed me the receipt. I thought I needed to sign it. I asked him for a pen. He said I didn't need one. He got off the phone as I took my receipt then it occurred to him to say thank you.
I have to admit that when I walked out to my car and passed the garage a mechanic that was working on another car greeted me with a smile. Clearly it is this one person that has some sort of issue. I imagine that the repair shop is technically skilled. They just need to rethink who mans the front desk. I wouldn't go back there again even though I sense that the other mechanics are competent.

I have been using them since 1999. I have everything done from brakes and had work done for different cars- a porsche, jeep, ford explorer and I take them to him for servicing. He is totally honest. The price is extremely reasonable. He guarantees the quality of his work. He is punctual but if he runs in to an issue, he calls you and tells you what it is. He provides lots of great feed back and it is always done when he says it is going to be done.

The prices are so reasonable and so therefore they are kind of cheap for this area. They are excellent on quality. They are responsive. They are professional as they wear uniforms and all that stuff and very good customer service. It was really good and they were super quick.

I've been going here for years, Lee is great. Very honest, up front, and competitively priced. I recently took my out-of-warranty car in to the dealer for a recall fix and was told I had an engine oil leak and a transmission leak. The cost to fix was well over $1000. Lee's guys took a look and just replaced the oil filter gasket, then told me to drive it for a day just to make sure. I did, and sure enough that was the issue. I think the total cost was $170, which included a $60 oil change.
