It went great. The technician was professional, explained everything his process in detail in a way I could understand, and explained the potential issues he was exploring. He was able to identify the problem and fix it.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s employees. Extremely responsive, I was able to get an appointment rather quickly in the dead of summer. I have pets so this was super important to me. Tra explained the initial repair in layman’s terms to ensure I understood the issue and options. I also opted for a new u it in the fall, mine was over 20 years old. The price was very fair, RES has a payment plan if needed. Again, the staff was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend RES.

I called the company needing help with my heater. The company was recommended to me by a family member. When I called, Codi picked up the phone and told me he would send one of the technicians, Maged to take a look. Maged arrived on time. The quality of work that he performed was excellent. My experience with these two individuals was excellent. They both represented their company with excellent customer service. Maged is very knowledgeable, polite, Professional and efficient. He explained everything he was working on and what needs to be done and why. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I am one satisfied customer and I highly recommend this company.

The installation went extremely well. They installed a new heat pump along with a new thermostat. They helped me program the thermostat and explained it's features. Tran did an excellent job and is very professional. RES has a customer for life. Thanks again for a job well done!

RES is an awesome company to work with. They are small (5-6 staff members) so they are responsive and dedicated to the customers they work with. We are fortunate to have worked with the owner, Tra (pronounced "trey"), and other technicians, Tran, Kodi, and Bryce. Everyone is kind, courteous, and in a word, professional and knows what they're doing. We can definitely feel a difference before and after the duct cleaning, and we've signed up for the annual package that seems to pay for itself given our demand. Highly recommend.
