Rainbow was terrific to work with. There were two guys who came to my house - one who located where the break was in the pipe and assessed the level of water/mold damage, which thankfully was minimal as it was caught early, and one who cut into the drywall to expose the damaged pipe and evaluate what would be required for the plumber to maneuver while doing the repairs, which turned out to require removing cabinets and cutting away additional drywall. 
Both Ion and Stanislav were professional, worked quickly and most of all, helped me understand what they were doing, what their understanding of the problem was and what the process would likely be to get the situation resolved. 
Because they are working with the insurance company, I don't yet know what the cost for their service is. It will be covered under my policy but I expect I will pay for their service to meet my deductible.
