I have my termite bond with them. I don't really like everything about them. I try to keep consistency with who service our house. I like to go with a national company versus a small company.

I guess they are franchises now. It used to be called something else but now they have been taken over by Orkin. The yearly contract is, like, $133. The company that we originally dealt with was a locally owned company and I was quite pleased with them. Then when they became Orkin they kind of got a little bit indifferent. They just became more corporate than anything else. I just feel we are not valued customers, we are just another residence to check off their list. I have no idea what the price range is, I have not done that much looking into it. I just kind of inherited this group and I have been with them ever since. For the inspection they were fine. They came when they said they were going to.

I have an ongoing agreement with them for years. They come out once a year to do an inspection because I have a maintenance agreement with them for termite control. I would give them an 'A' overall.

The tech comes to our house on time he's very professional and he's always on time and he knows what he's doing and he does a fantastic job every time he comes to us.
