You are a long time customer of Oasis and we have always provided you with prompt and quality service. We pride ourselves in being able to respond quickly to our customers. It is not a function of price, but of having the resources readily available, organizing our time efficiently, and meeting the demand of our customers. Most customers appreciate having their systems fixed the same day that they call. As far as our pricing goes, we take an enormous amount of time to set proper prices according to industry standards, to make sure that we bring you the best service each and every time you call us. Upon arrival, the technician found that your refrigerant level was low, and there was a leak in your system. Prior to performing any service the technician offered to "leak search" your system, providing you the cost first for your approval. Even though the tool to leak search a/c systems may appear to be a “simple” tool, it is in fact an expensive piece of equipment, therefore we charge extra to use it. You declined this service, so you were not charged for this service and yet you complained about it. Most companies charge a flat rate for this service in the ballpark of $350, which is nearly what you paid for your entire invoice. It is frustrating to us that you posted such a negative review over your perception of unfair prices which has only risen slightly over the last time you received quality service two years ago. You received quick and quality service, we provided you options to fix your problem and left your residence with your air conditioning working but received no positive review for this."

"Thank you for your positive rating in July. It is unfortunate to receive a negative rating in December, all because you received a quote for a lesser quality system. We are a Lennox Premiere Dealer, and have a standard on the equipment and work that we provide, and we not lower our standards to accommodate a lesser level of quality of work. Please understand that your system never had a "de-humidifier" as stated, in the years that we serviced your property from 2004-2010. Your humidifier, however, was checked annually, and functioning properly. Please verify your facts before you post inaccurate comments, and negative feedback.
