I had another company come in for a second opinion and they advised that no replacement was needed and that the heating system is now working fine.

I signed up for the Maintenance plan that includes the plumbing, fireplace, and HVAC. The workman (Kenneth) who can out for my plumbing annual service was very knowledgeable and provided me with great information about my system. I was provided a quote on a new water heater and for my own "peace of mind", I decided to replace my old heater. The installation took a little longer than I expected but overall, everything worked out. I appreciate that he took the time to explain my system and answered any questions I had along the way. I would recommend the maintenance plan.
There were some initial communications issues in coming up with a date for the install. I provided the three dates as options and received an email indicating that I had been scheduled - but no date was listed. I responded to the email, but eventually ended up calling to confirm the date. I received several reminders as the date and hour approached. The install went smoothly and the tech did a good job of cleaning up the area where he worked.

This was a big deal purchase and it was fine. They came out and did what I needed. They came out a couple of days after I ordered the deal. They were pretty quick to respond. This was the first time I used them. One technician came out to help me. He was wearing professional clothing. Everything was pretty much spot on. In this area I think the price is pretty competitive, but I was also paying for a special so I think they were gaining more business. It would have been more if it wasn't for the special. The cleaning, I thought the guy did phenomenal. He took the entire fireplace apart, cleaned everything and put it back together. The service was the only reason I would give it a B because when he serviced the fireplace he never actually modified the coupling which is the whole reason why the fireplace did not turn back on and the main reason I had them come out. After cleaning it, it was fine, but a few weeks later it did not turn back on and I had to do all the service myself. Otherwise it would be a perfect A. They were a nice company.
