Anga and his team were a pleasure to work and they exemplify professionalism. He was extremely responsive whenever my wife and I had a question whether it be day or night. I really like the fact that he was willing to work with our needs and wants. I received four different quotes from different installers and Merrifield Granite & Marble offer the best value. On the day of the install, his installers were punctual, and made it a priority to keep my house clean while they install the countertop. I highly recommend them for their craftsmanship, extraordinary quick turnaround, and friendly service.

Angarag (owner) and his team did a fantastic job. Angarag helped me select a marble that looks great in all bathrooms and quickly installed within a few days after selection. The pricing is very competitive. Angarag is very accommodating & professional and promptly resolved any of my concerns. Would definitely hire again and will refer to my friends and neighbors.

This is an update on the previous review I wrote on Merrifield Granite and Marble. Several days after I posted that review, Anga contacted me to fix the situation. He went to the marble vendor to purchase an additional slab of marble, found one similar to the one I'd originally gotten, and fabricated a new countertop to replace the one that had been done so badly. He came on Saturday to install the new sink countertop and also replaced the two small countertops on the other side of the kitchen so they would match exactly (see photo). He did a terrific job and I paid him the rest of the (very reasonable) price we'd initially agreed on. I really appreciated his efforts to rectify the situation and the extra care he took to make sure I ended up happy.

It went wonderfully. I could not be more please. They were excellent to work with. Will definitely call them again for future projects.

Perfectly. First the old countertop was removed and taken away. Then the new countertop was installed. A couple of hours after that occurred, the plumber came and hooked the plumbing back up. I have one concern and that is that the men worked with what was obviously a strong, toxic glue and wore no protective masks. This could not be safe for them.

This company is fantastic. Super professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. The finishing details is what separates businesses. Merrifield stands out among the crowd.

Excellent. Anga was very responsive. After my first call, Anga came out to my house with samples to measure and provide an estimate. I placed an order for granite countertops, full granite backsplash and new sink, and we set up an installation date right then. His team showed up on time on the scheduled day. I noticed one concern with one part of the backsplash and they promptly came out and took care of the issue. The countertops and backsplash are beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I thought the price was fair. I also like that Anga was willing to communicate by texting, which I find more efficient than trading phone calls.

Before I called Merrifield, I had estimates from two other companies who gave me high quotes. Anga came out to measure within a few days of my call, and brought some small samples of granite. I selected a few options, and he emailed me an estimate that evening that was significantly lower than the others. He also gave me the name of the local granite supplier so I could look at the large slabs (which I did) before making a final decision. I emailed Anga with my choice, and paid the deposit (half the amount of the job). Within a few days, Anga called to schedule the installation at the end of the week. I provided the new faucet and disposer. Anga provided the new sink. Many new sinks are deeper than the old ones, but I knew it would be trouble if I got a deep sink because the drain line is high in the wall. Anga was able to provide an undermount stainless steel sink that was about the same overall depth as the old topmount sink. The installers came on time and removed the old countertops. Then they brought in the new pieces and set them in place. It was amazing that they were able to carry these heavy, awkward slabs without bumping into something! The only problem with the new countertop was an unsupported seam over the front of the dishwasher. The main installer offered me two options: (1) Take the pieces back to the shop and re-cut them, or (2) Glue the seam as usual with epoxy, which is strong and should hold things together. I wanted a functioning kitchen without delay, so I decided on option 2. So far, so good. If I don't drop something really heavy on it, I think it will be OK. If you have a dishwasher, I suggest you have the estimator make a note of its location. Otherwise, the seam is in a good spot -- it’s off to the side and not in the immediate sink area. The new countertops are very attractive and a great improvement over the old ones!

Anga came out and measured and I had new counters in 2 days. They were a prefect fit . The installation was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Merrifield Granite for countertops. I had ordered my slab a month prior to measurement so that probably helped with it being done so fast.

My vanity has 3 wall around and not square. Anga came to measure and he customize the length of one size to make it close to the wall.
Then his employee came to install the vanity top for me, look nice and professional.

I selected this company due to the good reviews found online. We requested an in home estimate for the installation of a quartz countertop in the kitchen of a home we has just purchased. I will not call the individual who came to our home a sales person because they did not know how to sell. To be a good sales person you need to establish rapport (you are in someone else's home after all), be knowledgeable and explain the benefits of the various options, and upsell as much as you can. None of this was done by the person who came by. He did not greet us by name, explain why we should go with the higher priced option, or suggest a good color. His English was also somewhat weak. The price quoted was quite a bit lower than Lowe's so we decided to go ahead. When installation day came they were one hour late before they called to reschedule. The appointment was then changed until the afternoon and they were then again late. When they left there was still a piece of the backsplash missing. Another appointment was made and they come out and installed the missing piece. In doing so they damaged our drywall requiring a repair job.

They are the only company that came out to measure first thing, gave an estimate, and sent us to a warehouse to choose the granite. They were neat, clean, professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future!

Munkh and his team were wonderful to work with -and our kitchen came out beautiful and at a great price. He helped us every step of the way and was always prompt and courteous in his interactions/replies with us. Any time we hit a snag he had great ideas to figure out a solution. I will recommend them to anyone I know that need any kitchen work done! Great job and really good people!

Anga at Merrifield Granite is a super nice guy and very professional and responsive.  They had great prices, listened to exactly how I wanted my Kitchen counters, and did a great job on a tricky install.  Ogee edges came out great, and the fit was spot on.  I would use again (and will when I do my bathroom.

Think they ran into a little issue in that the back splash was a bit taller than accounted for so they had to remove the full wall mirror as well.



They did damage the wallpaper which couldn't be repaired, but here is where Anga really shines.

Without me even asking, Anga took it upon himself to offer striping all of the wallpaper & paint the whole bathroom so as to correct this.



The contractors he sent were excellent, and it took them about a day and a 1/2 to finish everything, which included a primer, a full coat with the color of our choice, as well as painting the ceiling as well, fixing some nail pops and general repair.



I would recommend Anga & Merrifield to anyone wanting to do similar work.

The results are excellent and Anga its all about satisfying his customers.

Installers came to install countertops and were very professional. The tile installers came the next afternoon and worked until the job was completed. I had a few things,on my punchlist and Anga came out personally to complete the pubchlist items. Very professional and would recommend them to anyone who was interested in countertops

I solicited several bids from different companies regarding a bright, white quartz countertop.  All the bids were in the $5,000 to $6,000 range.  Except Merrifield Marble and Granite.  They charged $3,000 to provide and install 50 sq. ft. of 'white zen' quartz, a new stainless steel sink and plumbing (sink hook-up with dishwasher and connect new faucet).  Installation of the quartz was completed in about an hour by 3 efficient young men.  The plumber came out later that same day to hook up the sink and faucet and connected my dishwasher and garbage disposal too.
The quartz is breathtaking and complements my new kitchen cabinets exactly as I envisioned.  I'm very happy with the service provided by Merrifield Marble and Granite and thrilled with the price!  I would definitely use them again.

Great experience!  The price was right and they were very flexible in working with me to setup a time that worked.  I had them come back to install backsplashes for me after the first visit, and I will use them again in the future when I redo my kitchen.

Every thing went very well from the first contact to the installation. There was a small hickup at the installation. Munkh had talked me into adding a backsplash. It turned out to be in the way of the faucet stopper lever and we decided after some disscusion to take the backsplash off. He had to now custom cut one side of the counter top, to fit to the wall on the side, he did not charge for the cut and gave me a discount on the backsplash. This was very generous of him and I was pleasently surprised. I will hire him again for future projects.

The price was much better than the other estimates we had received, the quality of their work was excellent, and quick, and in general there was zero hassle involved in working with Anga and his team.

There were a couple minor issues with the install as we had existing tile backsplash, but Anga came by to mitigate those small issues the same day!

The price included replacing the 2 sinks with ones we were able to pick out, as well as the plumbing to finish the job. All inclusive with no hidden costs.

I was nervous as this was a major project for us, but Anga made the whole experience painless and have to say the result exceeded our expectations. I would recommend Anga and Merrifield to anyone with this type of project in mind.
