The big thing that impressed me the most was how diligently I was contacted - by email, magnet and business card on my door, text and phone message the same day I did my request on Service Magic. Everything was very professional and on time. Steve even went the extra mile and moved a couple of pieces of furniture to clean under them when I had said he did not need to do it. Excellent work! I will definitely be calling the next time I need my carpet cleaned. A+ rating!

Our carpets look absolutely wonderful! This is the 3rd pro I've had clean our carpets since we bought our house six months ago (2 active adults+3 dogs+1 baby+cream carpets=frequent cleaning needs) and this is the first time I am very pleased with the result. Kingstowne is definitely on the top of our list for all future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. On top the the great work, I really appreciate that Steve is tech savvy enough to communicate over email, voicemail, and text. Online scheduling is great! The price was extremely reasonable and I was very satisfied with the customer service and the end result. Can't think of a negative!

Owner showed up on time and did a terrific job. What's not to like? I'm sure he would have been able to achieve more dramatic results if my carpets had been heavily soiled or stained, but they weren't. The owner was very courteous and professional, and I highly recommend him.

he ws reasonaable and prodffesional and did and out standing job on the dirty carpets i walked in and asked my husband if i was in the wrong house my carpets were sparkling and te chair seat we had him clean great job very pleased with his wok overall

Outstanding work. Steve communicated with me and my wife regularly prior to the work, then walked the job with me early in the morning before I headed to work at the college. He completed the work on time and within the original estimate. When I returned home later in the day, the carpets were clean and there was absolutely no mess anywhere.
