Update:  In the spirit of fairness and professionalism, I am revising my original review.  I was contacted by Kingstowne regarding the concern in my original post regarding Kingstowne's responsiveness.  I received a genuine apology for communications gone awry.  It's rare these days to have a business own up to a shortcoming.  It went a long way to elevating them to the top of my go-to service providers and a business I am comfortable recommending.

Steven was very responsive and had a great sense of humor.  He performed an admirable job on a carpet that had not been cleaned in two years.  There were some set in stains he was able to conquer.  We did not expect the carpet to look like new; but by the time he was done, it looked very nearly new!

Very communicative and punctual, willing to do Saturday pickup and delivery. Carpet well cleaned, which is saying something given it was at least 10 years since it had been done the last time. Would definitely look to them in similar situations.

We have used Steve's services before and have always had excellent results.  He moves what furniture he can and  the carpets look great once he is done. I think his prices are very reasonable. This was the first time we had an oriental rug done.  I was pleased with the results.  I will definitely use him again to maintain my carpets.

Steve and Kingstowne Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning went above and beyond with pick-up and delivery . . . including going out of their way to accommodate me. At my request, they were able to hold onto two rugs for a much longer period of time than any of us had expected. Superb customer service! And most importantly, the rugs all looked great.

He moved the furniture and steam-cleaned the carpets.  He took off his street shoes and worked on his socks.  He rolled up the Oriental rug and took it to his warehouse and cleaned it there, washing by hand.  He returned it three weeks later clean and dry.  I will definitely call him again to do my upholstery, carpets and rug.

They picked up the rug punctually and cleaned it well.  However, they returned the rug at a time convenient for them, not us.  I specifically told them not to come during a certain timeframe, but they dropped it off anyway, saying it was the best time for them!  Only a disabled relative was at home who could not move the rug and couch, so instead of Kingstown unrolling the rug, they just left it there for me to do when I returned!  I might use them again due to the cleaning competency, but maybe not because of the poor communication.

They looked good. We did have a little bit of issue because I think Steve Miller's a pretty small company and he was on spring break with his kids so he delivered them a little later than we had wanted but it all worked out fine.  did a good job and they were punctual and that kind of thing. We didn't have an issue with quality.

Steve is a very nice guy and he was exceptionally accommodating of my up and down schedule to return the rug. He was nice enough to pick it up on a Saturday and then had to wait for over a month while my floors were repaired, and returned it at 7:30 am on another Saturday. Cheerfully!

They did a very good job.

They're great. We're going to send another rug out to them and this is our third time using them. We have no complaints, we've actually spoken directly with the owner and they pick up the rug and they deliver it and they do a great job. We have a dog with some control issues and we got sick and tired of buying the same rug over and over. We're really satisfied with Kingstowne Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning.
