Jack simply stole our money and stopped returning my phone calls.And by the way, the fence is now falling down in places.

Excellent experience. All work was performed to standard/code. All work was completed as scheduled. All work was performed in accordance with the contract.

I was given an written estimate of the work to be performed and the time it would take to perform the work.

I was also given a written schedule of payments due during the construction.

Everyday I was given a summary of what would be done that day.  If I had questions ... they were answered to my satisfaction.

At the end of each day I was given the plan (verbal not written) for the following day.

Each morning I had a list of questions and all were answered to my satisfaction.  Since I'm retired and was home during the construction ... I had lot of questions.  They were very professional in responding to my questions.

They explained what they were doing and why so I was very comfortable during the entire process.

I was very impressed with the detail of the work performed.  I've had several knowledgeable people see the finished product and they were also impressed with the overall work.

Several things not included in the estimate were done without any additional payments.  They helped me move all my furniture into the game room (HDTV, sofa, etc. which wasn't a part of the contract).

They gave me the feeling that they were working as if they were going to live in the basement.

They were neat and clean during the construction.

They explained to me how to take care of the deck which is very useful to me.

Job was done in a timely manner as agreed.  We continue to use him, He also installed a door on our front porch at the same time as finishing this project.

He showed up when scheduled and completed the task on time.  We will use his services again.
