+ 0 moreOur basement flooded because there were holes in the foundation and the window wells were not draining. We contacted Alex and he showed up the next day. His estimate was fair for the amount of work involved. He didn't cut corners and kept us abreast of everything he was doing. Since he was dealing with the foundation of our old house there was no telling what was under the foundation. As he encountered a problem he told us and didn't charge us for things that only required labor. After all was complete I would say the job should have cost us around $20K but he only charged $12, 500.

+ 1 moreOut of all the vendors I talked to, Alex communicated the best plan and price. He reinforced the opening to support it during construction, special ordered grout to match the original color, and coordinated closely with the Garage Door vendor. The work was done well and everything was cleaned up. A special merit was deserved because Alex did all this during the biggest snowstorm in area history. When he could get here they were working.
Description of Work: Alex worked with a Garage Door vendor on our project to enlarge our Garage door opening from 6 feet to standard height. this involved removing brick, relocating the steel I Beam, and putting everything back to make it look like it came that way.
