Jarvis Builders, Inc

Jarvis Contracting built an addition to my home. Since that time, I have had to rewire, fix plumbing, drywall and now I am having to pay for a complete rebuild of a fireplace that was built that could have caused significant damage to people and put the entire house at risk. Martin Jarvis took no responsibility for his firm's work and would not help resolve the issues at all. Please don't hire him or his firm. I have pictures to prove the negligence and not only poor quality and workmanship, but flagrant building practices that should be considered criminal. Please check out the pictures which shows what we discovered after removing the exterior brick of our fireplace.

Came to original meeting on time, was very thorough and polite, all seemed great.
However, he never got us any info after that, no proposal or ideas or follow meetings.

We selected Jarvis builders based on reputation... Major addition requiring 2' of concrete due to slope of property. Inspectors told us not only was Jarvis up to code, they exceeded code! Jarvis extended our front stoop to a full country porch, installed roofing, lighting, outdoor electrical boxes (great for holiday lighting!)' and vinyl railing. The team was friendly, very courteous, and very respectful of our property. The porch has been on for a couple of years...no cracks in the concrete and just as beautiful as the day they finished! Our porch is maintenance free! Mr. Jarvis sat down with us, helped us plan it put, made suggestions (electrical boxes, materials) and provided us with "blueprints" for the work. Jarvis is a top quality builder! Will absolutely go with Jarvis again for any house construction projects!

The workers at Jarvis were extremely attentive. They responded to all of my calls. They were very prompt and they had very professional behavior.
