My AC was out, the AC tech informed me that it was not the unit ,but an electrical problem.. this was on Friday at 12pm. I got on home advisor, called two companies. Mr. Electric came out. He was early , introduced himself and said he would find my issue. And he did. He sent me an estimate to get it fixed right away. I have a brother in law who is an electrician so he drove up and ran the new wire.. If my brother in law had not offered to come up from fredericksburg to do the job, I would have had them do the job. I was very impressed with my tech, his knowledge his concern for me not having AC.. thank you Mr Electric for taking care of me.

This review is more about the company and not about the gentleman that came out he was great it was the company policy aspect of the diagnostic they need to do that cost me an extra $200 but the gentleman did great and got it fixed.

Matt McGrail was my technician. He arrived early for my estimate and gave me several options for my project. He was also able to begin the following day. He called me when was enroute, arrived on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. Matt was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He didn't mind all my questions. I would highly recommend Matt and Mr Electric and will definately use them again
