I no longer live in Northern Virginia, but I remember buying flowers at the old Telegraph Road location before I moved away (years ago). I remember they were happy to work with a teenager on a budget buying a small boquet for Mother's Day, and always had a beautiful selection.
Today they are still my go-to florist when I need to order flowers for family who live in that area - they're always helpful, and can put together a custom arrangement with pretty much whatever you need. I've never had complaints about flowers showing up late or damaged, either.
