 + -1 moreThey are okay. One time I did have a squirrel that was caught in the rat trap. I called them about the issue and requested they come out and remove the dead squirrel. They stated removing dead squirrels was not in their policy. I was a little perturbed because I have been using their services for so long and have yet to find a dead animal. After much complaining, they finally came and removed the dead squirrel.
Description of Work: They set traps for rats in our backyard. We have been using their services for ten years. We have not found any rats since they started the service.
