DBS Roofing

The integrity of the patch performed in 2013 proved to be solid.  No leaks have occurred in any area where DBS Roofing performed work.  I was able to track down the source of water damage at the second ceiling location to a micro-leak in a copper pipe plumbing joint which developed years after the plumbing was installed.  After the joint was repaired there has been no further leaking.  By working with me to verify the integrity of the work they performed, DBS helped me to find and correct the real problem which was not related to their work.

After contacting at least a dozen general contractors, home improvement companies, roofers, and sun room specialists and having been unable to find a company that had both the capability and requisite reputation to undertake , I finally found DBS Roofing. Not only was DBS willing to undertake what the faint-of-heart might have found a bit risky, but if also turned out to be an accredited Better Business Bureau member with an A+ rating and had received excellent reviews  The company exceeded my expectations in every way. Beginning with the comprehensive,  thoroughly professional inspection of the sun room and site, to which James, DBS's outgoing, super-helpful, and obviously exceptionally knowledgeable inspector/estimator devoted fully two hours, the project was off to an auspicious start after James delivered  a compelling, all-inclusive work proposal, along with an  estimate that turned out to be more than fair and reasonable on the basis of the extensive work that needed to be done. The DBS crew, headed by Buster, one of the co-owners of the company, and his team mates, Sosa and Jorge,  were truly amazing.  Buster personally outlined what needed to be done and then either remained present during the major repairs or, during fairly routine work, stopped by frequently to make sure that everything proceeded according to plan.  Sosa and Jorge, too, were highly-skilled technicians who required little additional guidance once the work was underway. They were absolutely tireless, dedicated to, and conscientious in their work, and, in spite of my trying to encourage them to take an occasional breather in the hot afternoon sun, took only a single lunch break all day. No challenge proved too  great, including applying wood consolidator/strengthener to the exposed cavities at the ends of the roof beams and then filling them with structural epoxy.  The end result was a new-looking, professionally-finished sun room roof that I can be proud of again and that I expect to be watertight for many years to come.  Super job, DBS Roofing! Five stars! You have my vote and I will not hesitate to recommend you with total confidence.
