the owner of the company said they will install the carpet but they have install it on later on the date. I wasn't notified that I have to wait for the installation of the carpet. they did not coordinate with me, instead I have to reached out to them to finish the work. Satisfied with the carpet installation, just unsatisfied with how they handled it or performance.

From the estimate to the final, it went extremely well. Previous vendors provided a high estimate and it seems that was a tactic to get me to opt with replacing the carpet. With Cornerstone, I got a reasonable estimate and they were able to start the work within a couple of days. On the day off, Mr Chris arrived to do the carpet repair. He told me that it would take 3 hours. It took him 2 hours!!!! And the carpet looked amazing. I was very pleased with it. The other companies' recommendations made me have low confidence in stretching. I'm a believer! Highly recommend this company.
