I wish I could clone Comfort Solutions for other house-related services. They were truly exceptional. Our AC died the week of July 4. During that holiday week, Comfort was able to provide us with multiple estimates and install the new units. The installers were very professional, efficient, clean, and knowledgeable. They left my house spotless. The customer service rep could not have been more friendly and patient. I highly recommend this company and glad I found it in my neighborhood listserv.

They are timely, punctual, and they are flexible if we need to reschedule. We are perfectly satisfied with them. The fee is $22 a month.

It was one year so they just started coming out for my service. I have service 4 times a year. They are very punctual and very informative.

I was out of air and it was extremely hot. He came back and personally put in Freon to fill it back up until they could get to me because they were so busy. He put Freon in it twice. He was in the middle of my three bids, in the higher middle. I could have gotten it cheaper but I wanted to go with someone that I had a recommendation for.

I have a yearly contact with them and will continue to use their services.

They did an excellent job. Their price was very competitive and the service was excellent. They explained everything to us and they were willing to do everything we asked.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Comfort Solutions. The estimate they provided was detailed and informative. Scheduling the work was easy. The installers were great. They took obvious pride in the quality of their work, and in spite of the fact that some of them had to work in the attic on days when the outside temperatures were near 100 degrees, they were always so pleasant. The office staff was also very easy to work with and very helpful in seeing that our questions were answered promptly and all of the paperwork was taken care of.

From the initial contact with Rich Jones the President of Comfort Solutions through to sign off on completion, can only be described as exemplary. From establishing customer needs and advising on options in the first instance through to getting the right balance between capital cost and ongoing energy savings, before choices were made, was absolutely spot on.
Nothing was left to chance prior to installation either, as we had two surveying visits in order to establish in great detail all that would be required on the day, for prefabricated fittings and other parts as well as a detailed electronic record of measurements and supporting photographs for the install team to refer to as necessary - communication is everything and that was very evident between their team members as well as with us, the customer, every step of the way.
On the appointed day, starting at 7:30am we had three technicians working as a team removing the old equipment and installing the new, this was done with a minimum of disruption to us in a clean and tidy manner and we were left with a fully tested and functioning system, following a talk through with the controls, at 7:30pm in the evening.
  
It has been a pleasure to deal with Comfort Solutions and in addition to the contact we have had with Rich, Candice and Bill in the office we have met with five other members of the team and without exception they are all a credit to the company and It?s abundantly clear that they take ?ownership? as well as a personal pride in their work.

I wish all contractors were this good!! Everyone is great, from Rich (the owner) to the office staff and the technicians who do the work. They are prompt, professional, neat, knowledgeable, responsive and reliable. Just great to work with. The Carrier heat pump they installed works well and has significantly lowered my electric bills, especially in the winter.

We are thrilled with our new HVAC system. 
We got quotes from four companies, and all the quotes were roughly in the same ballpark. We chose Comfort Solutions because of the excellent job they did in figuring out what systems would work best with our house's layout, construction, and ducts; explaining the different options to us; and answering all our questions thoroughly.
The installation team arrived promptly and did a great job.
The differences between our new system and old one are like night and day. We are very impressed with how much more even the house?s temperature and humidity are now - and how incredibly quiet it is, both indoors and out. We were of course trying to get as much ?life? as we could from our older system - but, efficiency and potential utility cost savings aside, I wish we had made the change several years ago simply because of the superior air quality the new system provides. We couldn't be happier with our new system or with Comfort Solutions' great service.
