I called to schedule an appointment, took the car in, and they replaced the windshield promptly.  I was very pleased with the price and service that they provided.
I contacted several other providers but they did not have my windshield in stock.  Best Auto Glass had the windshield in stock and was able to install it the same day.

I went in for the quote.  Left for some appointments and came back the same day.  It took approx. an hour to do the work and I was quite pleased.

They did it on the price agreed and the glass is working well.

I had an appointment with another provider that I canceled due to a misunderstanding of the services desired. I called Best Auto Glass out of desperation and was very pleased with the response I got. The woman I spoke with was knowledgable, answered all my question and even went to look at the brand of glass they would be installing for me. They got me in immediately, gave me the best deal I found anywhere and the work seems to be of a good quality.

I called Best Auto Glass on Sunday afternoon and got an actual person on the line (that alone was amazing to me). My car's windshield needed to be replaced because of a huge crack in the glass. The person who answered the phone was very professional, responsive to my needs, and gave me an amazing quote (approximately $200 less than the regular price in this area). I was told I could come in the very next day and that they would take care of my damaged windshield (any time, no appointment needed). So I did. Two hours later, I picked the car up again and had a lifetime warranty for leaking and workmanship in writing. They did an amazing job and even replaced the molding for free. Don't pass up this opportunity and take advantage of this service in your neighborhood. It's hard these days to get good service and workmanship as well as a fair price!

My wife and I were on vacation in Washington D.C. We woke up on a Saturday and found our car window broken. We had to call several auto glass companies to see if they could come out (most didn't offer mobile service) and if they had glass that would fit our vehicle. Best Auto Glass called back in less than 20 minutes to let us know they had the glass for our car. The technician showed up promptly. Shapour did a wonderful job, he vacuumed out our car, replaced the glass and we were on the road to Durham, NC. We were only 20 minutes later than we had planned!
