Horrible. The owner Joe or Kirubel, not sure what's his real name is friendly and respectful (so one star). But, his work is BS, a hot mess, and unprofessional in all manners and levels. I needed three screen doors installed. On the hour and day of the job the owner never calls to let me know that he was going to be late, he says he will come an hour later, hours later no show, no call. I call again, now he says he can't come the following rainy day and he will offer a discount. The next day he and his partner install three security doors and a lock. Seeing that he spent 8 hours in the rain, I gave him the full price and no discount. The following week I noticed that a door lock didn't work, it wasn't a clean hole, it looked like it was gnawed at and there were several screws missing in another door. Another week goes by and I notice that all the doors are crooked and now the front door literally came off the hinges and the door molding is falling apart with it. I have to pay another guy to remove the doors and fix everything. Including the wrong screws he placed!!!! He knows, never offered anything. Not reimbursement or to fix it. Save your money and your time, he's a friendly guy, but has no real eye for attention to detail or quality of work. Oh, and he left trash all over the yard.
